Assefa Yaara owns and operates four coffee washing and pulping stations in four different places, all premier coffee producing site are there in Sidama Regional State which is the place of well-known by origin of specialty coffee, which is located Chire Woreda.

Our Products
Sidama green coffee are grown in the Province of Sidama in the Ethiopian highlands at elevation from 1500 up to 2200 meters above sea level. These elevations qualify the beans as strictly high grown/ strictly hard bean.
Natural sundried, also called “natural process” or “dry process,” means drying coffee cherries whole without the intervention of water or machines to remove any of the fruit.
Makes a coffee more Fruity, Floral or even like Wine. It also affects how acidic and full-bodied the coffee feels when you drink it making the whole experience richer.
Makes a coffee to have a sweeter profile and bigger body. A method in which the fresh coffee cherries are de-pulped but allowed to dry without washing.
